Over the years I have had some two dozen solo exhibitions in New York
City, Long Island, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Dallas, Houston and Denver.
My sculptures have been installed far afield and overseas in corporate
atrium and lobbies, hospitals, airports, schools, colleges, US embassies
and private collections.
In my Stamford Connecticut studio I work with hammered, braised and oxidized
sheet metal, building abstracted figures that appear organic, vigorous
and often flight-oriented. Some of the float in suspension as mobiles,
some project from the wall, and even those that stand firmly on the earths
or floor seem poised and read for take-off.
The aura of my sculpture is whimsical, spontaneous and original.
I believe that the way to art is through artlessness.
